Reporting to the Multi-Property General Manager, the Multi-Property Director of Sales is responsible for leading all sales and commercial activities for Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan and The Rome EDITION. This role provides strategic leadership across Sales, Groups & Events, and Reservations, driving revenue growth, market share, profitability, and customer loyalty. The position requires a highly commercial, results-driven leader who can develop and execute integrated sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and inspire high-performing teams across two luxury properties. SCOPE OF WORK The Multi-Property Director of Sales is accountable for the overall commercial performance of both hotels by: - Achieving revenue, market share, booking pace, and profitability objectives. - Developing and executing integrated sales, distribution, and commercial strategies aligned with Marriott International and brand priorities. - Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ownership, business partners, and Marriott stakeholders. - Maximizing hotel visibility and market positioning through strategic account management and business development initiatives. - Driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value through exceptional commercial leadership. - Leading, developing, and inspiring Sales, Groups & Events, and Reservations teams across both properties. - Ensuring commercial discipline, financial stewardship, and compliance with Marriott standards, policies, and procedures. Società operante nel settore delle telecomunicazioni — specializzata nell'intermediazione e rivendita di servizi di trasmissione dati per clienti business, con circa 62 collaboratori e un fatturato di oltre 8 milioni di euro — ricerca un Agente Commerciale B2B per la propria sede di Settimo Milanese. La posizione è rivolta esclusivamente a candidati con esperienza documentabile nella vendita diretta con gestione autonoma delle trattative: profili provenienti esclusivamente da attività di call center inbound o vendita retail assistita non saranno presi in considerazione. Descrizione della Posizione Il ruolo prevede lo sviluppo e la gestione di un portafoglio clienti business, con attività che si svolgono sia presso la sede di Settimo Milanese sia direttamente presso le aziende clienti. La figura selezionata opererà in modo autonomo lungo l'intero ciclo commerciale: dalla prospezione al contatto iniziale, fino alla presentazione delle proposte e alla chiusura dei contratti. L'inserimento avviene con contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, con possibilità di proroga e successiva stabilizzazione, in regime full time dal lunedì al venerdì (Lun–Gio 09:00–18:00, Ven 09:00–17:00); non sono previsti turni serali o notturni. La retribuzione è composta da una parte fissa (RAL tra 17.000 e 20.000 euro, in base all'esperienza) e da una componente variabile legata ai risultati commerciali. INFORMATORE SCIENTIFICO OSPEDALIERO Zona: LOMBARDIA (Milano); Target principali: Neurologia e Gastroenterologia; Disponibilità di inserimento: immediata, contratto a tempo indeterminato - CCNL Chimico - Industria. Attività La risorsa individuata avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare e consolidare la presenza dell’azienda nel canale ospedaliero all’interno della propria area di competenza. In particolare, dovrà: - Promuovere e sviluppare il portafoglio prodotti aziendale presso la classe medica ospedaliera, con focus su: Neurologi, Gastroenterologi, Geriatri, Otorini e Ginecologi; - Introdurre e presentare scientificamente i prodotti aziendali ai medici specialisti, costruendo relazioni professionali di valore; - Presidiare il territorio e sviluppare nuove opportunità nei reparti e nei centri specialistici; - Gestire e aggiornare lo schedario clienti e le attività di reporting attraverso gli strumenti aziendali; - Supportare iniziative scientifiche e promozionali locali (meeting, eventi, attività di aggiornamento medico). Requisiti: - Laurea in discipline scientifiche (Biologia, Farmacia, CTF, Biotecnologie o affini); - Esperienza di 3 anni nel ruolo; - Conoscenza del contesto ospedaliero e delle dinamiche relazionali con i medici specialisti; - Gradita introduzione presso specialisti Neurologi e Gastroenterologi nella zona di riferimento; - Residenza o domicilio nella zona di riferimento; - Spiccate doti relazionali ed empatia, capacità di instaurare rapporti professionali di fiducia con la classe medica; - Forte orientamento al risultato, capacità organizzative e gestione autonoma del territorio. Azienda agricola artigianale del territorio mantovano, specializzata in prodotti gastronomici di alta qualità e pasta fresca ripiena, cerca venditore/venditrice con esperienza nei mercati per potenziare la propria presenza su Milano e provincia.

Cerchiamo una persona:

* con esperienza nella vendita diretta nei mercati e/o street food
* solare, dinamica e con ottime capacità di relazione con il pubblico
* abituata a lavorare con ritmi intensi e in autonomia
* puntuale, affidabile e concreta
* con vera attitudine alla vendita e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
* in possesso di patente B
* disponibile a spostarsi e a lavorare prevalentemente nelle giornate di mercato

Il lavoro comprende:

* allestimento e gestione del banco
* vendita e presentazione dei prodotti
* rapporto diretto con i clienti
* degustazioni e proposta dei prodotti
* gestione della merce e dell’incasso
* mantenimento dell’ordine e dell’immagine del banco

Non cerchiamo semplicemente una persona che 'stia al banco': cerchiamo un vero venditore, capace di coinvolgere il cliente, raccontare il prodotto e trasformare l’interesse in acquisto.
