The room

The room is small and cozy (10 sqm) with good brightness thanks to a well exposed window (new windows with double glazing). Furniture is brand new and consists of one single bed, wardrobe, shoe rack, desk with chair, mirror and other accessories as per pictures attached.
Unlimited WiFi, TV signal. Available from AUGUST.

The apartment

The 120sqm apartment has just been renovated internally and it is located at the mezzanine of an only 3 units and very quiet small building.
It is composed of 4 single rooms, shared kitchen and bathroom, washing machine and dishwasher.
Cleaning service upon request.

The area

The house is located in a small street on via Quaranta, area Ripamonti – Vigentino.
Very convenient to reach Bocconi University (only 5 bus stops), IED (3 stops) and IEO (5 stops).
Few minute walk from Fondazione Prada.
Supermarket nearby (400mt) as well as restaurants, bars and other services.

The cost

470euro per month INCLUDING all building and heating expenses.
Lump sum of 50euros for other utilities (energy, gas and water consumption, internet no limits, taxes)

The lease

Regular short lease contract. Monthly payment in advance. 2 months security deposit which will be returned upon exit. Only 2 month notice to leave the room. NO agency fees.
