The room

The room is large (16 sqm) and bright thanks to a big window (new windows with double glazing) with beautiful view. Parquet floors. Furniture is brand new and consists of single bed, wardrobe, drawers, shoe rack, desk with chair, mirror and other accessories (all is x2) as per pictures attached.

The apartment

The 110sqm apartment has just been completely refurbished and it is located at the 2nd floor of a very quiet 5 floors building.
It is composed of 3 single and one double room, shared kitchen with veranda and 2 bathrooms, washing machine and dishwasher.
Cleaning service upon request.

The area

The house is located 400mt from M2 Metro station Famagosta.
Very convenient to reach IULM and NABA University (only 1 Metro stop or 15 minutes walking distance), Cattolica University (4 Metro stops) and city centre.
Supermarket nearby (300mt) as well as restaurants, bars, parks and other services.

The lease
