I am renting to GIRLS ONLY for long-term stays (single occupancy) a beautiful DOUBLE ROOM of approximately 30sqm with a LARGE EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE BATHROOM (equipped with shower, bathtub, and bidet).
The room is located in the Porta Lodovica area, in an elegant 350sqm apartment on the second floor of a prestigious and historic "Liberty" style building with a concierge and elevator. Strategic location: 4 minutes walking distance from Bocconi University and the Navigli, and 10 minutes from the Duomo. Also perfect for students attending IULM, Marangoni, IED, Domus, Naba, and Cattolica.
The apartment is owner-occupied (I live here myself): only the use of the fully equipped kitchen is shared.
The room features parquet flooring and is fully furnished with a double bed, rug, desk, wardrobe with drawers, shelving, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV connection, and a private balcony.
The area is exceptionally well-served by public transport: Trams 15, 9, 3, 10; Green Metro line (P.ta Genova) and Blue Metro line (Vetra).
PRICE: 1,000 EUROS PER MONTH – ALL INCLUSIVE: the price includes all expenses (building fees, electricity, water, gas, heating, internet, and waste tax). No agency fees.
RENTAL AND DEPOSIT CONDITIONS: The security deposit is 3,000 euros. This amount will be applied at the end of the stay to cover the final 3 months of rent (which, therefore, will not need to be paid further). If the tenant rents the room for 6 months only, the deposit will be 2,000 euros (covering the final 2 months).

La stanza si trova in zona Porta Lodovica, in un elegante appartamento di 350mq, al secondo piano di un prestigioso e antico palazzo Liberty con portiere e ascensore. Posizione strategica: 4 minuti a piedi dall'Università Bocconi e dai Navigli, 10 minuti dal Duomo. Perfetta anche per studentesse IULM, Marangoni, IED, Domus, Naba e Cattolica.
L'appartamento è di mia proprietà e vi abito io stessa: è in comune solo l’uso della cucina, completamente equipaggiata.
La camera ha il pavimento in parquet ed è arredata con letto matrimoniale, tappeto, scrivania, armadio con cassetti, ripiani porta oggetti, aria condizionata, WIFI, attacco TV e balcone privato.
Zona servitissima dai mezzi pubblici: Tram 15, 9, 3, 10; Metro Verde (P.ta Genova) e Metro Blu (Vetra).
PREZZO: 1000 EURO MENSILI TUTTO INCLUSO. La quota comprende tutte le spese (condominio, luce, acqua, gas, riscaldamento, internet e tassa rifiuti).Nessuna spesa di agenzia.
CONDIZIONI DI AFFITTO E DEPOSITO: Il deposito cauzionale ammonta a 3.000 euro. Tale importo verrà scalato alla fine del periodo di permanenza per coprire gli ultimi 3 mesi di affitto (che quindi non dovranno più essere corrisposti). Se l'inquilina affitterà la stanza per soli 6 mesi, il deposito sarà di 2.000 euro (a copertura degli ultimi 2 mesi).
